DESIGN:
Our design teams do the best they can to produce high-quality logos and cards. Upon placing your order, our design team will build your business card. PLEASE NOTE: Order cancellations AFTER design has started will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee!! |
COLORS:
Keep in mind that every computer monitor has the capability of portraying different variations of colors. PC's can be different then Macs for example. Also what appears digitally can vary from print.
*GRN has noticed that for over a year now, it has been an ongoing challenge printing blue colors. We have used 3 different printing sources and had similar challenges of blues printing more of purple colorations. If you have chosen blue colored cards, please note that you are running a potential risk and we CANNOT guarantee the blue you see in your proof. We do apologize for this in advance but GRN does not control the printing portion of this process! |
PROOFING:
Upon completion of design, our staff will email you a proof. Once you have proofed your card, we will send the design to print. If you proof your card and later realize there was a spelling error, it is your responsibility to order a new set of cards. |
PRINTING:
Once sent to print, we cannot stop the process. GRN does not do the printing in-house, therefore we use (who we believe is) the best resource in printing. Hence, we feel completely confident with our end product. However, GRN is not responsible for printing errors/damage. |

| Please be assured that GRN will not turn our backs on you once your design goes to print or in any portion of the overall process. We are extremely high-touch and relationship-based so we will help you and do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your end product as well as the overall process. It is just important that you the client also understand the whole process at hand! |
